Urgent Plea for Help!!

The information included in this message is time sensitive.  We must act quickly - very quickly!

This plea is not to ask for help for IMOM.  This is a plea for senior dogs whose fate is unknown if we don't all pull together to help Jude Fine and Senior Canine Rescue Society.

Those of you who know Jude through her tireless efforts in working to save senior dogs, know she has been an inspiration.  It is through her work that so many seniors have been saved from euthanasia while they still had lots of living to do, and lots of loving to give.

Senior dogs, and cats, are the animals who get passed over in shelters - also in many rescues.  Most of you rescuers out there know that when you have a senior there is a very good chance they will not be adopted.

Recently, Jude has run into financial problems. Extremely high vet bills in June has her operating entirely in the red.  If she isn't able to raise at least $7000 in a VERY short period of time she will be out of business.

IMOM has launched this campaign in order to show our appreciation for all the work that has been done by SCRS.  We have not only decided to make this our mission, we have also donated $1000 to SCRS so they might get some immediate relief.  That's how urgent this is.

Something for breed rescuers to think about....

I know how you are always scrambling for operating funds, but think about how many seniors of your own breed have spent their final years surrounded by love because of SCRS.  Perhaps you could afford a few dollars on behalf of your breed.

I don't mean to be pushy - well, maybe just a little, but SCRS needs your donations today.

Can't afford a donation?

We understand that everyone might not be in a position to help financially.  The beauty of the Internet is that you can help in another way by sending this request to all of your friends.
